Meet Bobby! He's a sweet kitten who is about 7 months old. He insisted on squinting for all his pictures, which makes him look a bit unamused, but he is really a sweet and loving kitty. He is very friendly and affectionate. He was rescued from a shelter in North Caroline and made his way up to DPR in search for his forever home! He would curl up in bed with his foster dad every time he laid down. A definite cuddle bug that's for sure! He gets along great with the cats and dogs at his foster home. He's calm for a kitten and just an all around awesome guy!
This cat is neutered, up to date on distemper and rabies vaccinations, dewormings, tested negative for FIV/Felv, is on flea/tick preventative and ear mite preventative.

*Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up 'curb side'. Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
