My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Olaf, a scruffy sweetheart with a fluffy heart. At 8 months old, he’s still learning about the big world around him, and he’s hoping to find a patient family who can show him the ropes. He does best with a playmate who can lead him through all the scary new steps in life. Just like the beloved snowman from Frozen, Olaf gets his name from his all-white, snow-like coat—making him as magical as his namesake.

Current weight: 46 lb.

Go meet their pets

We are open from 7-9am and 4-6pm, seven days a week. The Annex only houses dogs, but our volunteers do have cats in foster. Due to Covid restrictions, visitors to the shelter to meet the pets are by appointment only with a pre-approved application.

More about this shelter

Fulton County Regional SPCA is a volunteer-run, donation-funded, not-for-profit organization founded as Regional Animal Shelter in 2002. The doors of our Annex opened in May of 2012. We re-incorporated as an Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in 2019.

Our mission is to engage the hearts, hands, and minds of the community to help animals. We provide immediate shelter and care for any homeless or abused animals and either reunite these animals with their owners or find them new, loving homes. We will actively promote animal and owner education, training, and public awareness to improve the lives of the animals in our community and beyond.e.
