My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Myra is in need of a foster home while she awaits further medical treatment.

Reason for Foster: Neurological Symptoms

Foster Time Frame: 1 week

(The foster time frame may be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.)

Foster Care Plan: Myra is currently being monitored for occasional bouts of neurologically inappropriate behaviors such as head tremors, unsteadiness, and issues with balance. She is currently on twice daily oral medications. Any neurological events should be reported to the Foster team. She will need to be in a home with no others cats while awaiting diagnostics. We will provide a Kitten Nursery consultation at your pickup appointment and the Foster team will supply all necessary items for a successful foster journey.

Foster to Adopt: Myra is available for our Foster to Adopt Program, which allows pets to be placed with prospective adopters before they become available for adoption. If you’re interested in fostering, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
