VOLUNTEER NOTES: Pip is a cutie and does not deserve to grow up in a shelter! He did well on the leash for 5 months but needs more experience. He sometimes walks right in front of you. He is very unsure of his new world coming in as an owner surrender. This is no fault of his that they “had too many pets.” Let get him out of here, so he can be comfortable and his playful side can come out! Come meet him, you will love him!
