This helps Sanilac Scoopers dba Making Miracles Animal Rescue with pet care costs.
Mandy is a sweet black & white Havanese, adult female,
weighing 13 lbs. She lost her home due to elderly owners
moving to a senior facility and were unable to take her.
A fenced yard would be required to keep her safe while
outdoors. She gets along with other dogs and indifferent to
cats but also likes to cuddle one-on-one with her person.
She is a happy, energetic girl, who can be a bit on the vocal
side especially letting you know when it’s breakfast and
dinner time. Mandy is lefthanded and will use that paw to
get your attention when she wants petting. She is well
behaved, house trained, currently is sleeping in her crate at
night.

We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
