My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mama Wendy was a community cat living next to a busy store. In 2019, one of our volunteers stepped up and TNRed Mama and her kittens. A neighbor of the store was willing to care for the colony. She also adopted one of the kittens. Now she is moving and Mama has no one to care for her. We can't leave her to fend for herself so it's time to find her an indoor home.
Indoor homes only unless the cat is part of our barn cat program. Home visits are required so we are limit adoptions to approximately 45 minutes from Cedar Rapids, IA.
Iowa adoptions only -no out of state adoptions.

All adopters must fill out an application available at our Adoption Center.
References will be checked and all animals in the household must be spayed/neutered and current on rabies vaccination. We conduct a home visit and have a contract for all adoptions. The adoption fee is $100 for one and $150 for two cats adopted at the same time. The adoption fee may be reduced for senior and special needs cats.
