If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We adopted "Chu-cat" when she was just a kitten back in 2016.
The last few years she has been finicky in that she's had about 1 UTI a year and this latest one she's been more stressed with the newest baby and has been defecating in random spaces around the house the last few months. We have taken her to the vet multiple times to rule out infections, UTI's, anything and everything that could be wrong medically and finally the vet just said she may just be stressed due to her living environment (more kid chaos than what she can handle now that she is getting up in age).
We believe she needs a slightly less chaotic home as she is wonderful one-on-one, will snuggle at the foot of the bed with you at night, rub on your leg for pets, and enjoys being lazy. We will include EVERYTHING for her (litter, litter box, food, medical records, etc.) if anyone is willing to give her a trial and see. If you cannot form that bond with her, or need to give her back, we will take her and try on here again.
