My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾✨ Sunny Needs a Loving Forever Home ✨🐾

Everyone, I’m asking for help with something very close to my heart.

Sunny is an 8-year-old (almost 9) German Shepherd mix with the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. I rescued him last year from a truly awful situation, and since then he’s blossomed into the most loyal, gentle, and loving companion.

Unfortunately, his previous owner recently reached out to say her new partner is severely allergic to dogs, and I’m terrified of him ending up on the streets again. I can’t let that happen.

Sunny is laid-back and calm, but he still enjoys being active and going on adventures. He thrives best as the only pet in the home—he wants to give all his love to his person. He’s house-trained, deeply loyal, and has so much love left to give.

This is incredibly hard for me because I care about him so much, but I already have a dog and can’t keep him permanently. What I can do is make sure he finds a home where he’ll be safe and happy.
