I’m a friendly, affectionate girl who loves nothing more than curling up in a warm lap and soaking in all the pets you’re willing to give. I’ve lived with kids before, so I know how to be gentle and patient, and I enjoy being part of a loving home. The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City. This is only a portion of the work done by our organization. In 2016 almost 12,000 animal came through the doors of our shelter and spay/neuter clinic. We can’t help them without your support.
