Domino is a sweet and gentle Boxer/Shepherd mix whose journey has taken an unexpected turn. Recently surrendered by a loving family in southern Illinois who could no longer care for her, Domino has shown incredible grace and resilience through the transition. With her warm eyes and affectionate nature, it’s easy to see the loyal heart she carries. Domino is currently expecting puppies and is settling into a safe and comfortable foster home where she’ll soon bring her little ones into the world. This devoted mama-to-be is already showing her tender spirit and loving demeanor—traits that promise she’ll be a wonderful mother and, one day, a cherished companion to a lucky forever family.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ADOPT FROM WRIGHT-WAY RESCUE: OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page - Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours. - An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process. - Please note: The location listed in an animal`s profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL! The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Thursday & Friday, 4 pm-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.

Potential homes should be willing to fill out an online application, or one in person at our event. We interview new adopters and place pets based on their needs and the suitability of the adoptive home. We do take "reservations" on our animals prior to our events with an approved application/ reference check.

We concentrate our efforts on animals whose temperament best suite the needs of the average "family" adopter. All animals come up to date on medical care, and with 30 days of free pet insurance.
