Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Boo is a spicy little Siamese who came to us after being rescued from someone’s backyard with her brothers. Born in early October, she had to fight hard to survive those first weeks of life, and it shows—she’s been on guard ever since.
Because of that rough start, Boo is still pretty mad at the world and everything in it. Our volunteers have been giving her gentle, consistent one-on-one time, and while we’ve seen the tiniest glimmers of progress, she’s still not comfortable being handled safely, even with gloves. She’s not yet swayed by our usual secret weapon—Churru treat sticks—but we’re not giving up.
We’ll continue working with her through slow, thoughtful enrichment, hoping that with time, patience, and the right person, Boo will learn that the world isn’t so scary. Her siblings have already blossomed, and we believe there’s a sweet side to Boo too—she just needs more time to feel safe enough to show it.
