🎄 Meet Greg!
This 5-month-old Canaan/Retriever/Lab mix is cute as a button, and those adorable ears will steal your heart faster than Santa slides down a chimney. ❤️🐾

Greg is full of curiosity, holiday cheer, and puppy energy. He loves chew toys of any kind and will definitely keep you on your toes—but don’t worry, he’s also a world-class snuggler when it’s time to curl up by the tree. ✨

He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and does great with kids. Greg can be a bit timid when meeting new people at first, but just like a shy elf, he warms up quickly with a little kindness.

A family who can keep his mind and body busy, help him learn, and maybe even give him a backyard to zoom around in. He’s eager, bright, and ready to be someone’s best gift of the season.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Be sure to inform your references that we will be calling and can't move forward until we get responses from them, including your vet.

2.
Interview

If all information provided by the references looks good, we will move onto a home check.

3.
Home Check

You may be asked to send video of the inside of your home and yard where the dog will be residing.

4.
Approve Application

If all references and home check look good, we will approve the application and inform you that it has been approved.

5.
Meet the Pet

After the application process has been complete, we will set up a time to meet your desired dog.

6.
Pay Fee

If the dog of your choice is a good fit for your home, then we require that the fee is paid to make the adoption official.

7.
Take the Pet Home

The medical records will either be given to you in person, mailed or emailed to you.

Additional adoption info

All dogs over the age of 6 months old are adopted on a 2 week trial to make sure that the dog is a great fit in your home. if at anytime the applicant doesn't feel the fit is right- you must reach out to the rescue to discuss.
