My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✨ Introducing Skyla’s Charmling Girls! ✨
That’s right — it’s girl power with this adorable crew of seven little ladies! These cuties are now available for pre-adoption.

Skyla’s girls are 4-week-old Shih Tzu mixes, each weighing about 1 pound of pure sweetness. In the beginning, this little family needed extra help — the puppies were supported by a wonderful bottle feeder and even received nursing help from another amazing mama dog, ABCDE, so that Skyla could rest and regain her strength. Thanks to all that love and teamwork, everyone is now thriving.

Their foster family has been fantastic about early socialization and gentle handling, so these pups are already getting used to people, cuddles, and everyday life.

If you’re ready to reserve one of these tiny charmers, now’s the time! 💕🐶

Apply to pre-adopt today! Puppies are only available for local adoption in the San Antonio area.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
