Raven – Black Female Lab Mix, 4 months, ~40 lbs
If you’re looking for a sweet, currently “little,” black Lab mix, meet Raven! This beautiful girl was rescued from a South Valley shelter and is estimated to be about 4 months old. At roughly 40 lbs already—and with those big puppy paws—she’s likely to grow into a good-sized adult.
Raven is settling in wonderfully at her foster home. She’s learned to use the doggy door, is making great progress with her house training, is crate-trained, and sleeps quietly through the night. She has great recall, knows sit and wait, and is working on stay.
She loves to play fetch and enjoys romping around with her foster family’s shepadoodle. After she’s gotten her zoomies out, Raven is all about snuggles—she happily curls up on the sofa for cuddle time. Her foster describes her as lovable, smart, and an absolute doll.
We do not know how she is with cats, but given her young age, thoughtful introductions offer a good chance for successful coexisting.
Raven has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on all vaccinations. She is as sweet as they come.
If you’d like to make Raven a part of your family, please apply to adopt today at www.labrescuefresno.org.
