Luna was a rescue kitty and has brought us much joy over the past 10 years.
My husband and I now have three young children and Luna has shown a lot of discontent. She is typically fine but something about adding a third to mix had caused her stress. The loud noises in the house (aka my kids) has lead her to hiding away or when present hissing at them. We know this is not her true nature but also do not want to continue to cause her ongoing stress.
Luna has always been a little shy when meeting new people and takes awhile to warm up to stranger. But she is a loving, cuddly purr monster! Although she comes from a home with another cat and a dog, she would need time transitioning to other animals as well.
She loves to snuggle up on a fuzzy blanket and cuddling. It is difficult for us to rehomeing her and know she will be missed by everyone. But we also know she could be much happier in a calmer environment where she could have more attention.
