**Fostered in Lynnwood, WA and ready for meet and greets**
First things first...just look at how stinking cute Jojo Jellybean is and that smile of hers! If she were to enter a contest of dogs with the best smile, Jojo would win it by a landslide! No doubt about that. Her cute little snaggletooth smile isn't the best thing about her though. There is SO much more that is absolutely incredible about her. Jojo is very dog friendly, cat friendly, kid friendly, smart, has great house manners, and has the best personality that is a perfect mix of sweet and spicy.
Here are just a few things (but not limited to because there are a lot) that her foster mom has said are her favorite things about Jojo Jellybean:
1. Her adorable underbite and the way her snaggletooth sticks out which makes for perfect picture opportunities and makes her smile every time she looks at her.
2. The way she loves to love and looks at you with so much love in her eyes that it makes your heart melt. She knows how to make you feel special and make your day.
3. Last, but certainly not least, the way she loves to please her people and look to them for direction. Jojo thrives with people who provide her with structure and guidance. All she wants to do is please and was born to make you happy.

At 3 years old, this Staffy/Pug, possibly even a little Chihuahua mix— that’s the beauty of adopting a rescue! It’s a little sprinkle of many amazing breeds! Jojo is already a superstar with a smile you’ll never forget and an underbite that could win awards. Another bonus to add in regards to her physical traits is that she is tiny and only weighs 26 lbs and is full grown! Y'all she doesn't even weigh 30 lbs. Jojo is the perfect size for couch snuggles, not even taking up an entire couch cushion or pillow LOL. She is living proof that great things come in small packages, literally!
You'll see in her video and throughout a good chunk of her pictures where Jojo is posted up in a little ball sitting on top of a mountain of pillows LOL. Maybe she thinks it her own personal pillow thrown, who knows, but it's a favorite spot of hers no doubt. Just call her the pillow queen! Bonus points if you're snuggled up next to her and that pillow mountain because she loves to be around people and loves to cuddle. She'll cuddle any chance she can get. So get ready for movie marathon snuggles with Jojo because it's a guarantee with this girly.
Jojo loves other dogs of all sizes and is currently fostered in a multi dog home. She finds so much joy and comfort being around other dogs and the feeling is mutual for them as well. She makes the best friendships/connections with other dogs that allow her to open up and give her space when they first meet, after that the rest is history. Once Jojo is comfortable, she'll be your dog's best friend and you'll find yourself loving the relationship they build together. One of the other things that her foster mom loves about Jojo is how gentle she is with their foster puppies. Jojo is so tolerant with them and does a great job showing them the ropes just like a big sister would. Jojo is also fostered with 3 other adult dogs in the home all ranging in sizes and does great with them all. One of her foster siblings is a small Chihuahua mix about 7 lbs, a medium sized cattle dog mix, and a large 80 senior shepherd female. The small Chihuahua mix can be a little spicy at times and doesn't like to play and will tell Jojo he doesn't want to play by giving her a verbal correction and she listens to him beautifully. She loves to wrestle with their son's pittie mix that comes over to visit and they have the best time playing together on the bed turning it into their own personal wrestling mat. Jojo knows when to take play breaks as well and enjoys those relaxing moments in the company of other dogs as well. Jojo is also cat friendly and is currently fostered with a cat in the home. The cats that she is currently fostered with are older and slower paced and they are caught frequently snuggling together on the sofa. Jojo has also been around kittens before and she does great with them too. When space is asked from either the cats or from the people around, she gives and respects their space. She free feeds in the home with the other dogs and cat in the home and shares treats beautifully with everyone. Jojo does enjoy to finish her meals peacefully without having to worry about another dog wanting to pick up any pieces of kibble that Jojo missed and will do best with structured feeding times.
If you don't have other dogs that's fine too. Jojo does not need the company of another dog to feel comfortable or to satisfy her energy needs. She adores everyone she meets and she can adapt her energy whatever you need to be. Want to have a lazy Sunday and binge watch your favorite show? Jojo will be right there snuggled up next to you. Want to go to town and visit your local farmers market, go to the park or explore those scenic trails, Jojo is already at the door with her walking harness on. Like to have friends and family over for Sunday football grilling out in the backyard? Jojo will be your best co-host and friendliest princess to them all. Even if your guests have kids or if you have kids, Jojo really does love everyone and that friendliness is extends to kids as well. Her foster's granddaughter who is 3 years old, visits frequently and they absolutely love each other. Jojo loves to give her kisses, take treats from her very gently and is very tolerant of those toddler grabbing hands. She just loves to be be apart of your daily lives and wants to be included. Jojo's current foster home has moments of hustle and bustle mix in with moments of calm too and she does great with both energy levels.
The consistent factor that is always maintained regardless of what is going on that day, is the structure and balance that her fosters set for all of their dogs as well as Jojo which she thrives with. She loves routine, consistency and the direction she is given by her foster parents and the confidence they carry. Jojo is a smart cookie and is eager to please. She already knows a hand full of commands such as sit, stay, come, easy, down, leave it, kennel, off and have the wits about her to learn so much more if you please. Jojo has wonderful house manners, isn't getting into things she shouldn't be, is fully potty trained and is kennel trained as well. She will whine for about 5-10 minutes when you initially put her in their kennel but she does settle down and takes a nice nap. Jojo is also a perfectly little lady in the car and can jump in and out all on her own with no assistance and walks well with her harness. She does pull out of excitement when she wants to go meet a person but she responds really well to verbal corrections and overall responds well to verbal corrections.
Jojo dream home would have a backyard rather than an apartment because she loves to get the zoomies, sunbathe, play fetch, and has the best time rolling around in a dirt patch LOL. She turns into zoomie little piglet and her foster loves watching her from the kitchen window or while she's sitting on the patio while Jojo is radiating with enjoyment. Jojo really is a good little dog and will make a great companion. All she needs is a family that will provide her with the structure that she thrives off of and a family that will continue to lead her so she can continue to be the best doggy citizen that she is.
If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a winning smile, Jojo is ready to brighten your days!

https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success.
Our rescue has a 2-acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs' adoption ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs, and we enjoy seeing their progress!
Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond.
Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.
The rescue’s hard costs alone (excluding transport) for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,368. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. Transport is a significant additional expense to the rescue.
While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that the rescue does not receive government funding and must fundraise to offset the remaining expense balance which ranges $100-1,000++ per animal on these direct costs.
It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS:

Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non-profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission!
