Meet Our Lovely Great Dane Luna!

This stunning 4-year-old Great Dane weighs about 7080 lbs and is as sweet as she looks. Shes a gentle, well-mannered lady who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, kids, and even cats a true rarity for a giant breed sweetheart!

She walks nicely with a gentle leader and is fully housetrained. She isnt used to a crate, but she doesnt need one shes not destructive at all and behaves beautifully in the home. On walks, she has a funny little quirk: she takes her time to potty because she knows it means shell get to enjoy a longer stroll. Smart girl indeed!

This lovely Dane lost her home through no fault of her own and is ready for a fresh start with someone who will cherish her gentle, loyal heart.

Our adoption process takes several steps and cannot be completed in one day. All of our volunteers work full time and assist the rescue in their spare time. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

* Applicants must be willing to make a ten plus year commitment to their new family member.

* Applicants must commit to daily exercise, walks, trips to the dog park or play in the back yard. A well exercised dog is a happy well behaved dog!

* Applicants living in a rental property must provide proof of pet policy from landlord.

* Applicants must provide a veterinarian reference and if there are existing dogs in the household. All pets must be spayed/neutered and current on all shots and heartworm medication.

*Please allow at least a 7-14 day adjustment period for your new dog. Rescue dogs go thru a lot of changes and need a few days to get used to their new surroundings and adjust. Adopting a dog should be a serious commitment, so please be willing to work out the kinks. Our dogs aren't perfect but with proper training and guidance they make awesome, loving pets.

*Our adoption fees vary based on the age and medical needs of the dogs.
