Willie is a 2 year old Shepherd mix. He is deaf and partially blind, however, this does not slow him down. He knows some commands and sign language. He is playful, curious and a heart full of love. Willie is looking for a special home that can give him the love, patience, and consistency he deserves.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Willie's adoption fee is $275.
