Bjorn is an energetic, goofy little orange kitten who brings sunshine wherever he goes! With his rambunctious zoomies and curious nature, he’s always ready for an adventure whether that’s chasing toys, wrestling with his brother, or exploring every corner of the house.

Bjorn is an absolute sweetheart. When he’s done being silly, he melts into your arms for snuggles and purrs like a tiny engine.

Bjorn gets along wonderfully with kids, dogs, and other cats. He must be adopted with his brother Sigard or into a home that already has a friendly resident cat, as he thrives with feline companionship. Since we make a lifetime commitment to any animal that comes into our program, we only adopt out animals to people in our area..

If you are interested in adopting a CAWS cat or dog, please fill out the online application at http://www.caws.org/application/, email adopt@caws.org or call 328-4731. For the most timely response applying online is recommended.

We respond as quickly as possible but as we are a volunteer based organization and do not have full time staff, we respond as quickly as possible.

CAWS does not have a conventional shelter facility - all CAWS animals waiting for adoption are in foster homes. The number of animals we can help find new homes for is closely linked to how many CAWS foster homes are available. CAWS volunteers bring cats and dogs to the PetSmart near 2100 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake on the third and fourth weekends of each month

We are also at the Sugarhouse PETCO (1165 Wilmington Ave) the first Saturday of each month.
