Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pros: 1) Cuddlebug. Loves a lap and will come purring into your arms if you are comfortably seated 2) Softest cat you'll ever touch 3) Makes the cutest little chirps and trills when she sees you 4) Rabies shot up-to-date

Challenges: 1) chronic inappropriate urination 2) aggressive at the vet 3) unahppy with other cats.

Belle needs to go to a single-cat home where the human is better able to handle her. The only behavioral modification I have not tried is Prozac, which I think could help but I can't get her to take. An experienced cat pill-er would be great!
