My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Dec 2025 Bowie (formerly known as Brownie) is now located in a loving foster home in Pittsburgh, PA. He’s a 6-month-old, 25-pound sweetheart: gentle, calm, and well-mannered. While we’re still working on leash manners and basic obedience, he’s already crate trained and potty trained. He loves other dogs and people.

Nov 2025. Brownie is being fed by a volunteer at a vacant house.  Weight was 16 pounds and height was 15 inches on 11/8/25.  He received his first vaccine on 11/11/25.

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization registered in Washington State, USA. We are volunteer based and receive all our funding and supplies through donations. We rescue stray dogs, give medical treatments and make sure they are healthy and socialized before arranging their adoption in a new home. Most of our dogs are flown to the States. We believe in teamwork and volunteer with other rescue groups and the Spay-a-thon.
