My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Galaxy arrived at his foster home as a very sick little kitten, less than three weeks old and in need of round-the-clock bottle feeding. Despite his challenging start, a course of antibiotics helped him recover quickly. By the time he was four weeks old, Galaxy had regained his strength and became the fastest little kitty around. From his earliest days, Galaxy has loved to jump and play. He was known for leaping out of the playpen and right off the couch—he simply loves to jump and explore his surroundings. These playful antics made him a joy to watch as he grew stronger each day. Galaxy remains an active and curious cat. What he loves most is curling up in your lap or snuggling with you in bed, although he does love to suckle a blanket and drools a bit when he does that. He thrives on affection and is happiest when close to his humans. Galaxy would do best in a home with a playmate—ideally his foster sister, Nebula. Together, they make a delightful pair. Galaxy has not met a can of wet food he doesn't love, making mealtimes a breeze for his future family. If you're looking for an energetic yet loving companion who enjoys playtime and snuggles, Galaxy is the perfect addition to your family. Consider adopting him, especially with his sister Nebula, to provide them both a forever home filled with joy and love.

More about this rescue

We are a rescue group on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that fosters cats and kittens in our homes until they are ready to be adopted. All our fosters are spayed or neutered, SNAP tested, given meds for fleas and parasites and have all shots that are age appropriate. We put our adoptable pets in Petsmart for the public to interact with and to fill out adoption paperwork. We are a nonprofit organization that operates with a staff of volunteers that manage the adoption center at Petsmart, staff shows and adoptathons throughout the year and take homeless cats and kittens into their homes until they are ready for adoption. We are totally dependent on grants and donations to cover our expenses for our foster cats.
