Bootee was brought in as a stray, so her past is unknown. Right now, she's feeling a bit scared and unsure as she adjusts to all the recent changes in her life. She finds comfort in her cozy hideaway bed, where she feels safe and secure.
With patience and a soft touch, Bootee shows her sweet side. She enjoys gentle pets and has even been known to accept a few belly rubs once she feels comfortable. She just needs time, understanding, and a calm environment to help her confidence grow.
Bootee is looking for a quiet, loving home where she can settle in at her own pace and learn that she's safe and cherished. Primary Color: Brown Tabby Secondary Color: White Weight: 4.8 Age: 0yrs 6mths 1wks

HSSC places animals on a first come, first serve basis. After an animal that is available for adoption has been met with, the animal’s name can be put on an application. Animals that are applied for must be adopted the same day or within 24 hours of the animal being placed on the adoption application. Exceptions will be made if any animal needs a medical procedure, but then will need to be adopted within 24 hours of being cleared from that procedure. HSSC reserves the right to accommodate alternate timelines for special needs/behavioral issue animals.
It is the potential adopter's responsibility to communicate with their landlord to contact HSSC for approval or to provide documentation stating permission within 24 hours of application submission.
It is also the potential adopter's responsibility to produce a current rabies certificate for their current dog(s) to conduct a dog to dog meet and greet within 24 hours of application submission.
