Dec 2025 Casper is about to complete a board and train session in PA.  He will need a home with a fenced yard and to be kept on a leash until he gains more confidence.  He is currently a flight risk.  He would do great in a home with a dog that is confident and secure. 

November 2025 Casper was rescued in Farjardo, PR.  He is about 4 years old.  He is neutered and 4dx negative. He weighs about 50 pounds.

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization registered in Washington State, USA. We are volunteer based and receive all our funding and supplies through donations. We rescue stray dogs, give medical treatments and make sure they are healthy and socialized before arranging their adoption in a new home. Most of our dogs are flown to the States. We believe in teamwork and volunteer with other rescue groups and the Spay-a-thon.
