What we know: Transferred from Espanola Humane in Espanola, NM at approximately one year old; was found pregnant and spayed out.
From the foster: Are you ready for the happiest jellybean tank to bound into your life? Look no further than Miss Clover. She’s the whole package and then some. She’s fantastic with dogs, good with kids, safe for cats, and best friends with all the couch cushions your house has to offer. Clover is unique in that she has completed a stay in a prison program that taught her manners, tricks, crate training, house training, and loose leash walking. In my house she has been a perfect guest, she does cry for 5-10 minutes in the crate and then calms down. I believe that’ll get better once she knows you’re coming back. She already improved between the first and second time I left and she saw that you come back. Energy level is medium. Clover is playful and would love a doggie companion or some doggie friends outside the home to hang with. She loves people, walks, cuddling, sticking by your side if you work from home, and taking naps. If you’re looking for a companion to bring you endless joy, laughs, and love, come look closer at Miss Clover (935).

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 no-kill rescue for young puppies. We accept puppies from kill-shelters in southern CO, NM,TX, OK and KS. Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter. All of our puppies stay in foster homes so the only time they are available for adoption is at our adoption events. We average 20 puppies a week and update our website with available puppies Friday afternoons.
