I am writing to you with a very heavy heart. Due to my declining health and a necessary change in my living arrangements, I am forced to find a new home for my two beloved dogs, Duke and Prince.
I am praying for a miracle to keep them together. They are an inseparable "odd couple"—a gentle Pit Bull and a tiny Chihuahua who relies on him. They have been my babies, and this is the hardest decision I have ever had to make.
Here is a little about them:
Duke (The Gentle Giant)
Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier
Age: 4 years old
Personality: Incredibly loyal, loving, and patient. He lets his tiny brother think he is the boss.
Health: He is healthy and active. He has a slight limp in his left hip (congenital) but it does not cause him pain or stop him from running and playing.
History: Adopted from a shelter at 6 months old.
Prince (The Tiny Boss)
Breed: Chihuahua
Age: ~3.5 years old
Personality: Feisty, funny, and very active. He is the "man of the house" and keeps Duke in line.
