My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Squeeze McQueen - the pint-sized house panther with the need for speed.

This sleek, midnight-black kitten zips through life like he's racing for the finish line. Whether he's zooming across the room at full speed, chasing and batting around toys, or leaping into your lap for a pit stop of scratchies, Squeeze does everything at full throttle.

He's incredibly playful, spirited and absolutely loves human interaction. If you're nearby, he'll happily swing by for pets and purrs before taking off again for his next adventure. With his bold personality, and sparkling kitten energy, he turns every day into a highlight reel. If you're ready for a fast-paced friendship with a cuddly, high-speed cutie, Squeeze is revved up and waiting to race straight into your life and home.

More about this shelter

Founded in 1941 by the third female graduate from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, SAVE is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit animal shelter dedicated to protecting the health and welfare of homeless companion animals in the greater Princeton area and beyond. Through six core programs of Rescue, Shelter, Health and Welfare, Spay/Neuter, Foster and Adoption.

The SAVE shelter facility has the capacity to house upwards of 100 animals at a time (approximately 75 cats and 25 dogs). The shelter exceeds no-kill benchmark standards and ensures that adoptable animals facing adversity are given a lifeline, a chance to flourish, and the promise of a better tomorrow.
