I rescued Chief from my son who had two other dogs at the time. The first night at my son's Chief immediately bonded with his new little human, my 4yr old granddaughter. Unfortunately, with now 4 dogs (Chief was found abandoned in my son's yard with his sister Georgia), my son was not able to sustain, so I decided to help. With the curve balls in life, I recently sold my home and it is impossible to find somewhere to rent due to the unfortunate reputation this breed has.
So here we are...
He is 18 months old and loves to eat and cuddle with his humans. Doesn't bark, so he might not make the best guard dog but he will smother them. He is house broken and also kennel trained.
I am looking for a home that will love and spoil him. Children are a bonus. His start in life has already been traumatizing and it breaks my heart knowing I am having to make this choice, so ensuring he will be in the right household is crucial.
