My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lacey, the bright-eyed beauty ready to warm your winter.

With her gorgeous green eyes that shine like emeralds in the firelight, Lacey is a cuddly purr machine who adores snuggles and soft blankets. She's hoping to find a peaceful, quiet home where she can feel safe, loved, and cozy.

Lacey loves settling into a warm spot for a nap, stretching out in a sunbeam, or curling up by the fireplace. She's also a dedicated window watcher, happy to spend her afternoons perched by the glass, taking in the snowy world outside and keeping an eye on the neighborhood birds. And when evening comes, she's more than ready to join you for a holiday movie night, complete with comfy throws, tasty snacks, and warm drinks.

If your home is missing a bit of extra warmth this season, Lacey is ready to bring her gentle purrs and sweet companionship to your fireside. Adopt Lacey and make your winter a whole lot cozier.

Lacey is a delayed adoption and will need a local family so she can return for her dental appointment before Christmas and follow-up appointments after the holidays. If you would like to meet Lacey, she is staying at 91 Patterson Rd in Barrie. Our adoption hours are 11 am - 5 pm daily. To fill out an adoption profile in advance, visit https://ontariospca.ca/adopt/adoption-process-and-fees/ or call For more information at (705) 728-7311 ex.6 or email at barrie@ontariospca.ca.
