My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jaxs is a very energetic, playful, and sweet 1 year old (birthday is in November) Lab Mix that was originally adopted from a kill shelter in Northern California.

He does well with kids (I have four) and has never been aggressive. As mentioned above, he is very energetic though and definitely needs a new owner that knows how to handle a larger dog that needs a lot of time, attention, love, and training to have Jaxs become the best version of himself.

He loves to play, loves being outdoors in the grass, loves being inside, loves his weekly bone, and loves being pet/loved on.

I do not believe Jaxs would be best with another dog or animal at this time. I do believe he needs a lot more training and time before it would be known if he could behave well around other animals.

A new home would need to be able to provide the time, attention, and love, along with really good training/trainer for Jaxs. I would prefer for a new home to have a backyard, but is not an absolute must.
