Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Tilly
Age: 3 years
Breed: Pit Bull mix
Gender: Female
Weight: 40 lbs
Altered: Yes
Crate trained: Yes, loves her crate
House broken: Yes
Good with kids: Yes, loves every human she’s ever met
Good with dogs: For the most part. Lives with foster siblings. Does better with non-dominate dogs
Good with cats: Unknown
Foster location: Middleton
Fee: $200 and includes up to date monthly preventatives, deworming, age appropriate heartworm testing (or treatment) age appropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption, microchip and health certificate.
Please apply for me at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HFAH/Dog (403644-DS) Due to the amount of no shows we are now requiring a $50 deposit. If you adopt this will come off your adoption fee. If you meet and it’s not a good fit you will be refunded. If you cancel or no show it’s non refundable.
**Meet and greets for approved applicants must happen within 3 days or the closest weekend (for long travelers). It’s in the dogs/puppies best interest to be placed into their furever homes in a timely fashion. All household members (dogs & humans) must attend the meet and greet.
Sweet Tilly wants nothing more than to please her humans. She’s the best cuddler and gives the nicest kisses. It is obvious that Tilly fell into hard times before she was adopted, but that has never stopped her from the belief that there are no strangers, only friends. Tilly is wary of dominate dogs, but absolutely loves her foster siblings and can co-exist with other dogs. She is playful, energetic and loves walks & car rides. Tilly is the unfortunate product of a breed that gets judged too quickly without giving them a chance, plus she’s black and the least desirable color for adoptable dogs. Tilly was returned to HFAH due to tragic family changes. They are devastated and want only the best for her.
