Why I need a new home

Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

He may be a pure bred border collie. He would be okay with older children, just not younger kids that he can run over and knock down. He is very high energy and has a dominant personality. I took him in from a neglect situation. He was locked in a too small cage for his entire life, which is 11 months. His previous owner was going to dump him in the desert. He is not a good match for my family and situation. I would love to find him a terrific home with experienced owner. He has tons of potential.
