Dulce is a true Velcro dog. He is happiest when on your lap or in your arms. And being only 10lbs, that is easy to do. He came to HART with his sisters, who are just as little as he is, and just as scared. Their owner fell ill and couldn’t take care of them anymore, so their whole world got flipped upside down. But now that he is in a foster home, with other dogs and a warm bed, this little guy has blossomed. He is learning to be in a crate and is halfway there with his housebreaking. If you are retired or like to bring your dog everywhere, Dulce is your guy. He is incredibly cute, and will get a lot of attention everywhere you take him, but will have eyes only for you.
