My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jemma is currently located at the EAC in Westminster (10460 Town Center Dr, Westminster, CO, 80021) and can be visited from 10am-6pm Sat/Sun and 12pm-7pm Mon-Fri! Email our EAC team at EAC@savinganimalstoday.org for more information!

Dainty little Jemma girl came all by herself to us from Southern Colorado. Not only is she super cute, she is also super sweet. She will play crazy games with her toys, and can go forever. Jemma is a very timid lady when you first come to visit with her. You may even think to yourself, "Is Jemma really in here?" But she is sure to give away her location quickly by peeping under her special red blanket, because secretly? She LOVES chin scratches. She may need some help navigating scary situations, but once she knows you're her safe person, she'll be as brave as ever!
Jemma is sure to make her new people happy, a few chin scratches at a time. Ask about this adorable girl, today!!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adoptable animals are located at our Taft Campus at 2200 N Taft Hill Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80524 or for more info call 970-484-8516.

The first step to adopting a cat or dog from Animal Friends Alliance is to fill out an adoption questionnaire. You can do this online!

The next step is to pick out a cat or dog! Check out our adoptable cats and adoptable dogs for pictures and short descriptions or come into the shelter at our Taft Hill campus. We also have adoptable cats at many offsite locations.

Note: not all available cats and dogs reside at our campuses. Some are at off-site adoption partners or in foster homes. If you are interested in a particular cat or dog, please call our shelter at (970) 484-8516 to find out about their current status and location.

We do not ship animals. You are required to come and meet your new addition prior to adoption so that we can ensure a good match.

Please note that we will make a copy of the adopters’ State ID card, Driver’s License or passport at the time of adoption.
