Barney a delightful, goofy Swiss-neese (Swiss Mountain Dog / Great Pyrenees mix). He needs to be rehomed as we now have little children and he is simply too large. He's loving and playful, but because he weighs close to 130lbs he regularly knocks our toddlers over accidentally simply walking by them.
Barney has spent his whole life outdoors (as we got him for a livestock guard dog for our farm animals). He loves the cold, and is lazy and slow in the summertime.
He loves other dogs and gets along great with all dogs he's been around, but he has not been around cats very much.
Barney would do great in a large fenced yard, or large acreage, as he likes to roam when the weather is comfortable.
