This helps HELLA DAM BITCHES N QUEENS RESCUE with pet care costs.
Jewel – A Shiny Little Fighter
Jewel may not have gotten as sick as her sisters, but she fought her own battle right alongside them. Coming from the same fragile litter, she started showing symptoms early on — decreased appetite, low energy, and the kind of ups and downs that had us watching her closely day and night. She needed supportive care, medications, and careful monitoring to keep her stable while her siblings were fighting for their lives.
Compared to Ube and Hannah, Jewel’s illness was milder, but it was still serious for a young kitten. Thanks to quick intervention and her own spark of resilience, she responded well to treatment and has made a beautiful recovery.
Today, Jewel is healthy, playful, and living like the kitten she deserves to be. She wrestles, explores, eats well, and has that bright, curious energy that makes her name fit perfectly.
Because she was part of the same vulnerable litter, we can’t say with absolute certainty what her long-term health will look like, but right now she is thriving with no lingering symptoms. Most kittens who bounce back the way she has go on to live completely normal lives — and we are hopeful the same will be true for her.
Jewel is sweet, gentle, and steady — the kind of kitten who brings calm joy wherever she goes. She would be a wonderful addition to a loving home ready to give her the happy, healthy future she’s earned.
Jewel is ready to shine in her forever home.
