Here's what the humans have to say about me:
At 7 years young, this beautiful calico is ready to spend her golden years exactly the way she likes them: cozy, calm, and with a human who appreciates an independent queen.
She’s very much a “love me on my terms” kind of cat—affectionate when she decides the timing is right, aloof when she needs her personal space, and loyal in that special way only independent cats can be. She’s used to bonding closely with just one person, so her ideal adopter will be someone patient and understanding who’s happy to let a relationship blossom at her pace.
She’d be happiest as the only kitty in the home, where she can enjoy peace, routine, and undivided attention. Teens and older would be the best match for her quieter style, and a calm, low-key home will help her truly settle in.
Previously, she lived an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. While we’d love for her to embrace staying indoors full-time, she may have her own thoughts about window-shopping the neighborhood again. Her adopter should be open to providing safe outdoor access if she seeks it—whether that’s supervised yard time, a secure enclosure, or a catio setup.
If you’re looking for a mature, independent companion who chooses you as her person—and rewards your patience with quiet loyalty and occasional bursts of perfect calico sweetness—she just might be your girl.

You must be 18 years or older to adopt an animal. A valid ID is required.
If you own your own home, please provide proof of home-ownership; a mortgage receipt, tax bill, water bill or deed will suffice.
If you rent, please bring your lease which states the type of pet you are interested in and that it is accepted or the name and phone of your landlord so we can verify the pet is allowed. Inquire with your landlord about any size or breed restrictions.
Please check with your home owner’s insurance company or landlord to find out if they have any restrictions on the breed(s) of dog they cover. Common breeds that may not be covered include: Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers and German Shepherds.
For the health and safety of the pet you are interested in adopting and your existing pets, we ask that you provide proof of current vaccinations and spay/neuter status for pets in your home. (We may be able to call your veterinarian if you do not have a copy available.)
A new pet is a family decision and we ask that all members of your family meet the pet and agree on the suitability for your household.
If you already have a dog(s) in your home please bring the dog(s) with you to meet the dog you are considering to see if they are compatible.
Complete an adoption application and talk with a staff member for more information about the animal you are considering.
