My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Drake, a 1.5-year-old yellow English Labrador Retriever. He is a loving, affectionate companion who enjoys car rides, cuddles, and watching movies. Drake is house and crate trained, willingly entering his crate with ease. He has a wonderful temperament with children and other dogs, and even helped a young girl overcome her fear of dogs.

However, Drake has specific needs due to food aggression. He requires a home where he can be fed in total isolation. Because of this, we recommend a home with no other pets or young children between the ages of 0 to 12 years of age. While he is generally friendly, he must be strictly supervised around food and kept completely segregated from other animals during meal preparation and feeding times. He is also a "counter surfer" who will scout for snacks if left unattended.

Drake is a loyal soul who wants nothing more than to love you to his core. We are seeking a dedicated owner who can provide the structured environment he needs to thrive.
