My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB 9/7/25
Meet Igorrr!
Igorrr is a tiny bundle of curiosity wrapped in a shy little shell. At first, he might peek at you from behind a scratching post or watch you with big, cautious eyes—but give him a moment, and his playful spirit bursts right out.

This energetic boy loves to play. Feather wands, jingly balls, mystery shadows on the wall—if it moves, Igorrr is ready to pounce. Once he’s comfortable, he zooms around the room with cheerful enthusiasm, showing off his kitten athleticism and goofy charm.

Igorrr may take a bit of time to build trust, but your patience will be rewarded with a loyal, affectionate companion who enjoys gentle pets and cozy naps nearby. With the right person or family, he’s sure to blossom into the brave, loving, and endlessly entertaining kitty he’s meant to be.

If you’re looking for a sweet, quirky kitten with a heart full of potential, Igorrr is ready to meet you

Adoption Fees:
• $100 for adults (12+ months)
• $125 for kittens (under 12 months)

All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and have received age-appropriate vaccines.

We are not first-come, first-served. Our goal is to match each kitty with the purrfect home.

Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats live in foster homes. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to arrange meet-and-greets.

Why Most of Our Kittens Are Adopted in Pairs

Kittens are highly social and thrive when they have a feline companion. A buddy helps them develop healthy play habits, confidence, and emotional well-being. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat at home.

Surprisingly, two kittens are often half the work of one—they keep each other entertained, comforted, and well-socialized.
