My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Muggs, a senior boy around 8 years old with a heart full of love. Known for his mellow nature, Muggs is a young soul in an old body. His friendly demeanor makes him a perfect fit for any family looking for a gentle soul to share their home. Muggs`s previous owner, due to health issues, could no longer provide the care he needed, but his spirit remains unbroken. He is house trained and has wonderful indoor manners. So long as there is somewhere warm and soft for him to lay he is happy. Adopting Muggs means giving him a chance to spend his golden years surrounded by love and comfort, something every senior dog deserves!

Muggs has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and kept current on monthly preventatives. For the first steps of adoption submit an application here: https://humanesocietyofwilkes.org/adopt/application. For questions you can email the foster home at julianshumate@gmail.com.
