Meet Jamie (#27627) & Jennifer (#27625) 💕
A bonded brother–sister duo looking for a calm, loving home—together.
Jamie and Jennifer are a deeply bonded pair who must be adopted together. While you may sometimes find them tucked away in separate hiding spots, their bond becomes undeniable the moment they’re apart. They cry when separated, refused to eat after surgery until they were reunited, and now spend most of their time curled up together in their adoption kennel. These two truly rely on one another for comfort and confidence.
Right now, shelter life feels overwhelming for them. Both Jamie and Jennifer are shy and scared while adjusting, preferring to stay hidden behind a litter box or nestled into a cozy blanket where they feel safe. They may hiss at first if approached too quickly, but this is purely fear-based—never aggressive. Slow movements, patience, and a quiet environment go a long way with them.
A sweet moment that says it all: when Jennifer was brought into the playroom first, she cried in distress. As soon as Jamie was placed down, he ran to a cubby and immediately began responding to her meows, clearly reassured just by knowing she was nearby. Together, they’re braver. Together, they feel safe.
Jamie and Jennifer would thrive in a calm, understanding home that offers plenty of cozy hiding spots and time to decompress. In return, you’ll be giving two sensitive souls the security they need—and the chance to blossom together. 💞
