My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sparky is in need of a foster home while he awaits further medical treatment. He is a silly guy with an even goofier smile!

Foster Reason: Heartworms, awaiting dental, + possible anemia

Foster Time Frame: Sparky will have a recheck of his bloodwork in 2 week.
Foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs.

Foster Care Plan: Sparky is currently preparing for his heartworm treatment. He will recieve about 30 days of antibiotics before he begins treatment. His last lab result showed possible anemia as well. He will go home with daily meds. He will have a medical consult upon pickup and the Operation Kindness Foster Team will supply all items necessary for a successful foster journey.

Foster to Adopt Program:
Sparky is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
