My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

growls softly ...Okay, okay, I'm not actually mad. I'm Feinster, and I'll admit I talk a big game. I hiss, I grumble, I act like I'm the toughest guy in the room-but here's my secret: the second someone gently pets me, I turn into a purring, drooling puddle of happiness. I can't help it! It's embarrassing, really. The truth is, I've got a huge heart, and I'm learning every single day that affection is actually pretty amazing. Widlof and Artur took me under their wings when I needed it most, and now we're an unbreakable trio.
We're looking for special humans who really know cats and won't be scared off by some defensive posturing. I'm still the most cautious of the bunch, but I'm getting braver and more interested in cuddles all the time. Our incredible foster parent has worked wonders with us and is ready to mentor you through the process-they know exactly how to help cats like us blossom. We need a calm home with older kids and patient people who have lots of time to spend with us. Give me a chance, and I'll show you that beneath all my bluster is a sweet boy who just needed to learn that love is safe.

Here's what you need to know about me:

I'm a special placement cat. I'm pretty particular about my perfect home and may need to meet with a family a couple times before I'm ready. My adoption process may take a little longer, but I'm worth the time!

If there are kids in my new home, they need to be older than 10 years. An adoption counselor can tell you more.

I'm staying in a foster home. Please email margie@catsplayboarding.com to learn more about how you can meet me.
