Why I need a new home

Found or abandoned

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet girl came into my garage during the heavy rains in November. She greeted me enthusiastically and then followed me into my house in North Whittier. She was very skinny, so probably on the street for a few weeks, but obviously a house cat. She recognized the refrigerator/freezer and ate some chicken ravenously. I found a box and ordered some litter. She had no problem waiting until the box was ready to use a few hours later. She jumped in and peed immediately. There have been no accidents!

She is very affectionate, loves to be petted, and follows me constantly. I am a senior citizen who uses a walker, so it's hard for me to manage having her under my feet plus the daily chores. I want her to have a home with people who will give her love and attention.

The vet says she is just under one year old. She has been treated for fleas and worms, although I didn't see them. She is getting vaccinated, chipped, and spayed on Dec. 15.
