This 1-year-old, 9-pound terrier mix may be tiny, but don’t let her size fool you—Joyce has a huge personality and even more love to give. She’s full of pep, charm, and sweetness, and she’s the kind of girl who brings a little sparkle everywhere she goes.

Joyce is incredibly loyal and loves being close to her people. Cuddles? She’s all in. Snuggles on the couch? Her favorite. She has the perfect balance of playful energy and affectionate warmth, making her an easy companion to fall in love with.

She’s also dog-friendly and would be thrilled to have a canine buddy to hang out with, though she’s just as happy soaking up attention from her humans.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

Vet reference check : Please contact your vet to give consent for record / information release.

Home Check

Home visit: You will be contacted by a volunteer to set up a time for a virtual home/yard check.

Meet the Pet

Call with Foster or Kennel Manager to set up a meet and greet.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Pay Fee

Pay the adoption donation fee.

Take the Pet Home

More about this rescue

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. If needed, our rescue dogs are retrained to socialize in an adoptive loving family. We have had phenomenal success, and amazing support from our community. We believe that animals, as living creatures are entitled to a quality life, respect and compassion. Since humans have domesticated animals, we have a moral and ethical responsibility to care for them. We are partnered with many Shelters to help them reach the same goal.
