SUBA
Can I take your order, please?
Suba is an example of the true purpose of rescue. Tragically, his owner was paralyzed in an accident and was no longer able to care for Suba. His family loves dogs but no one could take Suba, because they already had packs of their own, Suba's Aunt contacted MARS for help. There was no spot open but the family was willing to pitch in and help care for Suba until we could place him in a foster home. While they couldn't keep him in the family, they were going to make sure he had the best chance at finding the proper home.
While this story started out tragically, you don't have to look far for the positives. Just look at that face! And not only does he look sweet but he is as sweet as he looks. Doesn't he look like a little waiter with a bowtie, waiting to take your order? (okay stop laughing, sometimes we all have late nights and see things that others don't).
Suba is just under five years young but acts like a puppy. He gets along with the resident dog in his foster home, near Madison, WI and he just loves to roll in the grass.
