BACKGROUND: The Strawberry Shortcake pets were found on a preschool playground.
PERSONALITY: They are little love magnets who always bring their happy energy your way! ---Henna is soooo loving! This squeaky talker always wants more pets (and a neck massage)! She wants to be held over your shoulder and will jump up there on her own to loudly purr near your face. She’ll carry her fav string toys around and find a sunny spot by the window to bask. ---Marmalade plays a lot, especially with strings and wrestling siblings. However, when she’s in lover mode, she can’t get enough pets, especially belly rubs! She adores lounging on your lap though isn’t as keen on pick-ups. Her second-favorite spot is a sunny windowsill. ---Pupcake never ever gets enough pets, belly rubs, or being held in your arms. He’s the biggest loverboy who delights in following his adored humans around and then flopping over to tell you he wants attention and a pick-up. He also loves a good string toy and wrestling with his siblings. ---Tom Tom gives hugs! He will get in your lap already purring, then bat your shoulder for pets, then stretch up around your neck for more love! At night he lies by your head knead-massaging your scalp and he’ll meow at you across the room for attention. String toys are his favorite toys. ---Scouty will politely wait his turn for pets like a true gentleman, giving a silent meow to let you know he’s ready. He loves to be held like a baby (yes to belly rubs) and hang out with you while watching TV. Laser pointers and jingly string toys are what he goes for the most.
COMPATIBILITY: They all LOVE other cats and we highly recommend welcoming playmates—siblings ideal! They are good with gentle kids of all ages. They haven’t met any dogs though if introduced may do well.
