Meet Lovely Leah! Leah was found as a stray with her five little kitten in tow. She has been nothing but the best mommy to them and is quite the sweetheart with people as well! Leah has the patience of a saint that only a busy mom can know, now that her kittens are old enough to find homes it is Leah's chance to shine and find the best home where she will be spoiled and loved forever!

What can you expect in return? The unconditional love that only an animal can provide. Leah will listen to your problems attentively and purr as you gently stroke her soft fur and make all of your stress melt away! Give Leah a great home for the holidays!

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. To adopt you must have a photo ID and proof of your current address. If not on your ID then bring in a bill with your name and your current address. If you rent you must provide a lease clearly stating the pet policy or provide a name and phone number for your landlord so that we may confirm the pet policy. If you own your home you may provide a mortgage statement or property tax bill for proof.

You must be 18 years or older to adopt.

If you wish to adopt a dog and have other dog(s) at home, please bring them with you to the shelter so that they may meet. Even if your dog is wonderful with other dogs, many of the dogs at the shelter have come in as strays so we have no history on them and need to be sure they get along with your pet(s).
