Bean interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. We recommend that he go to a home with no young children under the age of 5 and to adopters with some cat experience preferred or at least be well counseled in fearful cats, as he may present with a higher level of FAS initially but appears to warm up quickly. Adopters should have experience with potentially fearful cats and be capable of reading body language and moving at the cat's pace.
