My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jiji, a beautiful 3-year-old black male with a heart as big as his golden eyes. Jiji's story began near JFK Airport, where he was found abandoned and alone — but even then, his spirit never dimmed.

Despite his rough start, Jiji is a cat who lives for connection. He melts into your arms when you pick him up and can never get enough kisses or cuddles. He’s the kind of companion who wants to be part of every quiet moment — purring beside you on the couch, greeting you at the door, or curling up in your lap after a long day.

Jiji thrives on love and will do best as a solo cat, where he can form a special one-on-one bond with his human. He’s ready to trade his lonely beginnings for a forever home filled with warmth, affection, and gentle care.

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving cat who just wants to be your everything, Jiji is waiting to meet you — and he can’t wait to love you back.
